Airbnb Turnover
Linen change, bed styling, bathroom reset, consumables restocked and the home staged exactly how the listing photos show it. Ready before the 3pm check-in.

Residential Cleaning
Weekly or fortnightly cleans for the homes you actually live in. The same team each time, so nothing has to be re-explained.

Deep Cleaning
End-of-lease, post-build, pre-listing or a once-a-year reset. Ovens, grout, skirtings, tracks. The parts a regular clean skips.

Property Care
For owners who aren't on-site full time. We hold keys, check in between bookings, restock essentials and flag anything that needs a tradie before it becomes a problem.

Hi, I'm Fer.
I started CleanCo because I kept hearing the same thing from friends with holiday rentals and busy homes. They wanted one person they could trust. So that's what this is. I've been cleaning homes across the Northern Rivers since 2023, and these days I run a small team I trained myself. Every cleaner is treated like family, and every home like someone I know lives there.
